Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Framingham is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team on a full-time basis for the 3pm–11pm shift. The role focuses on delivering resident care in a warm, home-like environment, with emphasis on daily living activities and safety.

As part of our community, you will document care, report changes, and engage residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience preferred.
• Experience with dementia patients desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
