Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with monitoring vital signs such as temperature, pulse and blood pressure.
• Assist with medication administration as directed.
• Document resident care and progress per facility standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and restock supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
