Center For Extended Care At Amherst is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver routine daily nursing care to residents in our 134-bed facility in Amherst, Massachusetts, under the supervision of licensed staff. This position offers Full-Time/Part-Time opportunities with an evening shift (3pm–11pm) and a starting wage of $22.28 per hour, plus overtime pay.

We emphasize resident-centered care, teamwork, and professional growth.

Formación

• Must be a registered CNA in accordance with Massachusetts laws.
• English language fluency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must follow facility policies and maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Assist in planning and following resident care plans.
• Complete assignments promptly and accurately.
• Observe resident condition changes and report promptly.
• Document care accurately and completely.
• Meet grooming needs for residents and ensure call lights are answered.
• Keep resident areas clean and orderly.
• Ensure proper resident identification and privacy practices.
• Demonstrate safety techniques and participate in orientation training.
• Contribute to positive resident and family relations.
