Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the EVE shift at Avamere Three Fountains, 835 Crater Lake Ave, Medford, OR. The role provides routine nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

Responsibilities include updating care plans, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a warm, calm environment. Requires a CNA license in Oregon and active CPR/BLS, with strong caregiving passion.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents.
• Review resident care plans daily and communicate changes to the nurse supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily needs and transportation to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic environment for residents.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents feel comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
• Communicate resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator.
