Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care for residents at Avamere Three Fountains in Medford, OR during the night shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

The ideal candidate holds an active CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, and a passion for caregiving and improving residents' quality of life. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license for the state.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Passion for caregiving and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per residents' assessment and care plans.
• Assist residents with daily needs and accompany to activities and appointments.
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes in residents' condition for updates to care plans.
• Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic environment to support residents.
• Participate in facility surveys as required.
