Job summary

Cura of Willmar is a 78-bed skilled nursing community in Minnesota seeking a Full-Time Evening CNA to join our caring team. You will provide hands-on care and build relationships with residents during the evening shift.

As an Evening CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document vital signs, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safe, comfortable nights for our residents.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Reliable attendance and dependability are essential.
• Compassionate, respectful resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, toileting, grooming, bathing.
• Help with transfers, mobility, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with supper and evening routines.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
• Take and document vital signs and other required information.
• Observe residents for changes and communicate concerns to the nurse.
• Help residents get comfortable and ready for bed.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and reassurance.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights requirements.
