Job summary

Franciscan Health Center in Duluth, MN is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant Registered for a 0.6 FTE part-time evening shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM). The 42-bed skilled nursing facility emphasizes resident-centered care and teamwork, with on-site duties providing direct resident support.

As a CNA, you'll assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, take vital signs, assist meals, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (or Nursing Assistant Registered as required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Taking and recording vital signs as directed.
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while promoting their independence whenever possible.
• Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional resident care.
