Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center in Winchester, KY for a full-time evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will deliver direct resident care under licensed nursing staff and support daily living activities in a 179-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assist with ADLs and promote a compassionate environment.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food intake.
• Turn and position residents; support resident rights and choices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Answer call lights and assist residents promptly.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff when requested.
• Other special projects as assigned.
