Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time evening shifts. You will provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, support daily activities, and help maintain a compassionate environment aligned with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently, with integrity and the ability to work with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment per facility policies.
• Assist with ADLs within scope of practice and resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Routinely turn and position residents; respect resident rights.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas and respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
