Signature HealthCARE at North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift. You will provide direct resident care under licensed staff, promote a compassionate, safe environment, and support daily living activities in line with the care plan.

The role requires a current CNA certification, strong communication, teamwork, and a patient-first attitude. Weekend rotation applies; benefits are offered after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state of employment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff supervision.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently with personal integrity when working with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice as defined by state regulations and resident care plans.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents and support resident rights and choices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned duties and promptly respond to call lights.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff as requested.
• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.
