Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Record and monitor vital signs and health condition changes.
• Provide meals and hydration support; assist with dining.
• Support housekeeping and laundry to maintain clean living areas.
• Document care and communicate changes to charge nurse.
