BrightStar Care Salt Lake City is seeking an evening caregiver or CNA to support a nurse and assist a family in Park City. Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist nurse with care for a client with traumatic brain injury.
• Follow the client's plan of care.
• Provide light housekeeping and other appropriate household support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified CPR
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to work with little direct supervision
• Compassion and empathy for the needs of clients
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Professional, courteous, and respectful attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
