Executive Home Care of Central Salt Lake Valley is seeking a caring caregiver to provide essential personal care to clients in their homes. You will support activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and medication reminders while fostering companionship and independence in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and help manage routines.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration.
• Offer companionship and social interaction with clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Monitor health changes and report to care team.
• Document care provided and observations.
