Job summary

The Masonic Home of Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time evening shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and support a compassionate care team in a senior living environment.

Qualified candidates have a Virginia CNA license and CPR certification; high school diploma accepted. Experience in long-term care preferred. Benefits include shift differentials, 403(b) plan, and free meals per shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) under nursing supervision.
• Bathe, dress, and undress residents while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Serve and collect meal trays and assist residents with feeding as needed.
• Measure and record residents' weight, vital signs, and respiration rates.
• Monitor and document food and fluid intake and output as directed.
• Follow nursing instructions and provide safe, compassionate care.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members.
