Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team in Richmond, VA. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and a supportive, resident‑centered care approach.

Shifts available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Must hold an active CNA license and CPR/BLS certification. Join a 190-bed Sub-Acute and Long‑Term Care facility that values dignity, safety, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily needs.
• Observec residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
