The Masonic Home of Virginia in Richmond, VA, a Continuing Care Retirement Community serving more than 150 residents, is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to direct Certified Nursing Assistants in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of healthcare experience, knowledge of nursing care practices, and be a Licensed Practical Nurse with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• General knowledge of nursing care practices.
• Previous long-term care or CCRC experience preferred.
• Experience working with or serving older adults preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, although experience in healthcare and a general knowledge of nursing care will be considered.

Previous experience in long-term care, a continuing care retirement community, or working with older adults is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with residents, staff, and healthcare providers.
