Kirkwood Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team under new ownership by OPCO Skilled Management. Evening shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, full-time and part-time positions available, with $20/hour pay, shift differential, and a $750 sign-on bonus.

CNAs provide hands-on, resident-centered care under supervision of a licensed nurse, supporting daily living activities and promoting dignity, safety, and comfort for residents.

Competenze

• Current Missouri CNA certification in good standing.
• Successful completion of a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and accurately document resident care.

Mansioni

• Provide resident-centered care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and use of assistive devices.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Assist with feeding and hydration while encouraging independence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team.
