Rockledge Health & Rehab Center is seeking caring and hardworking CNAs to join our dedicated team. 3pm-11pm full-time shifts are available with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Florida.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision.
• Promote a compassionate environment for residents.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using proper devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and dietary data.
• Turn and position residents regularly and monitor comfort.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist in data collection for MDS and care plans.
