Job summary

Essentia Living Center in Fosston, Minnesota, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for 2:00-10:30 pm or night shifts (10:00 pm–6:30 am or 6:00 pm–6:30 am). Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation apply. Generous evening, night, and weekend differentials are available.

You will provide direct care, assist with personal hygiene, and respond to resident needs while ensuring safety and comfort. Licensing requirements and safety guidelines must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtain within 4 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with personal hygiene.
• Recognize changes in resident condition and report to shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neat environment; prevent abuse of vulnerable adults.
