Qualifications

• Reliable, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum age 18; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care, medication administration, and vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, range of motion and mobility as needed.
