Responsibilities

• Handle food preparation, dough mixing, and baking for the rotating weekly menu.
• Bring attention to detail to cookie decorating and packaging.
• Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
• Keep production moving through the evening rush.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Complete closing duties, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations.
• Prepare supplies for the next morning and restock as needed.
