Crumbl is seeking a Closing Baker / Crew Member in Concord, NH to support the closing crew. You’ll mix, bake, decorate, serve guests, and finish the night with a clean, organized store. The role focuses on 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM shifts with Friday and Saturday availability required.

Earn $16–$20 per hour including tips, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles. Full-time benefits include vacation, health options, and a 50% product discount.

Qualifications

• No professional baking experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work closing shifts, Fridays and Saturdays.
• Dependable, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare rotating flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week’s menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas.
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently.
