Crumbl is seeking a Closing Baker / Crew Member in Methuen, MA. You will help mix, bake, decorate cookies and serve guests, finishing each night with a clean, organized store. The role centers on closing shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with Friday and Saturday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Closing shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM availability, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
• No professional baking experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare rotating weekly flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week’s menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas.
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day.
• Work with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently.
