Crumbl is hiring a Closing Baker / Crew Member in Concord, NH. You will mix dough, bake cookies, decorate, and help guests while keeping the store clean and ready for the next day.

We offer a closing-shift role with 4:00 PM–10:30 PM hours, Friday and Saturday availability required. All levels welcome; no professional baking experience needed. Team energy, reliability, and a positive attitude are valued as you grow with Crumbl.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Closing shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Friday and Saturday availability required.
• No professional baking experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare weekly flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week’s menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas.
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day.
• Work with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently.
