Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science is required.
• Must meet CLIA qualifications for Hematology and Chemistry as Technical Supervisor.
• Four years of high-complexity lab experience as CLS in Chemistry/Hematology/Transfusion.
• State licensure as Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required.
• Board certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience with process improvement required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of CLS, MLTs, and lab assistants in core lab.
• Provide technical oversight, data review, and department development per regulations.
