Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPT I or CPT II certification required at hire.
• BLS within 90 days of hire; IAMTAC within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in teams and coordinate with staff.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Procures venous, arterial, and capillary blood samples.
• Processes specimens and operates laboratory equipment.
• Performs electrocardiograms (EKG) and assists staff.
• Registers outpatients or drop-off specimens as needed.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized work area and documents accurately.
