Job summary

Rehab 2 Perform in Leesburg, VA seeks a Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily clinic operations, communicate with staff, and manage therapist schedules. The role requires coordinating insurances, payments, and patient care processes with a focus on excellent customer service.

Under supervision, you will enter charges, handle clerical tasks, and help ensure timeliness of sessions while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting patient care planning.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with PromptEMR, Revflow and healthcare software is favorable.
• Customer service / relations experience.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy or neurology is helpful but not required.
• Experience in a clinical setting with medical billing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to take direction, be adaptable, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurances and visit authorizations.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with coordinators, therapists and management.
• Enter charges and review daily patient payments accurately.
• Prepare in-services and events with Site Director and management.
• Perform clerical duties and assist patients with paperwork as needed.
• Notify arrival of clients and help ensure timely sessions.
• Multi-task duties and complete tasks within expected time frames.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and facility cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling patient care plans and rescheduling as needed.
• Follow up on daily reports and coordinate prescriptions or referrals to avoid delays.
