Stewart Title is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative for Signature Closers to provide nationwide title, closing, settlement and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders. Responsible for the assessment and valuation of properties based on USPAP guidelines, with work hours Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports real estate transactions by assisting internal and external customers with inquiries and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Responsible for managing employees directly engaged in client management.
• Implements and supports strategies to build and maintain client relationships.
• Develops policies and procedures focused on quality customer service and anticipates client needs.
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understands how duties relate to others within the team.
