• Monitor account production to drive customer satisfaction and ensure service levels are met.
• Perform a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.
• Explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
