Job summary

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license and safety training certification.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong reading, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and follow the daily schedule.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety rules.
• Interact professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers and customers.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with punch-list items and team tasks.
