Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure safety and professionalism in interactions with staff and customers.

Required are flexible availability, basic training, and a willingness to learn. The role includes steady shifts Mon–Fri 7am–3:30pm, with compensation of $15.00–$16.00 per hour and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
