Endeavor Health is seeking a Child Swim Instructor for private lessons and group training at Seven Bridges Fitness Center - Woodridge. Hours fall between 4pm-8pm; per diem, scheduled as needed.

Responsibilities include creating safe, age-appropriate workouts, teaching skills by level, and ensuring a secure pool environment. CPR within 90 days and a minimum of two years of high school are required.

Formación

• Two years of high school required.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association) within 90 days.
• Ability to read, to exchange information with customers and others, and basic arithmetic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care appropriate to children's age and needs.
• Design safe, age-appropriate exercises and games.
• Teach skills aligned with children’s levels and abilities.
• Set up and clean up the class area.
• Assist development and marketing of classes and events.
• Monitor participants' intensity and progression.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe aquatic environment.
• Answer parents' questions about aquatics and land classes.
