HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Group Swim Lesson Instructor for the Aquatics Team at the Advocate Good Shepherd Club in Barrington, IL. Preferred: swim-instruction experience with children; CPR/AED certification within 30 days; flu vaccination in Fall.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• CPR/AED certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross or AHIS) required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background with proficiency in all strokes.
• Vaccination against flu required during Fall season.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group settings.
• Design individualized programs to meet participants' interests, abilities, and goals.
