Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Child Swim Instructor for private lessons and group training at Seven Bridges Fitness Center in Woodridge, IL. Classes run between 4pm and 8pm, with per diem scheduling as needed. You’ll design safe, age-appropriate aquatic workouts and provide excellent customer service to families.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum two years of high school attendance.
• CPR certification issued by American Heart Association within 90 days.
• Ability to read, exchange information with customers, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Instructs children with age-appropriate activities and safe workout design.
• Gathers supplies, sets up and cleans up class areas.
• Describes and demonstrates aquatic and land class activities to parents.
• Monitors participant intensity and adapts pace accordingly.
• Stays updated on aquatics techniques and department offerings.
