The role emphasizes collaboration with clients to develop their own recovery plans, coordinate with treatment providers, and support relapse prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have CCAR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-based recovery support to individuals in or seeking recovery.
• Assist with creating change plans and connecting clients to treatment and support resources.
• Meet clients for appointments, conduct follow-ups with aftercare providers, and help sustain recovery.
