Pathways To A Better Life in Kiel, WI is seeking a CCAR Certified Recovery Coach to join our Recovery Coach Team on a part-time basis. This role combines meaningful recovery coaching with assisting our intake team during new client admissions.

You will provide one-on-one coaching, help clients develop life skills, document services, participate in intake searches, and work with clinical and residential staff. Strong communication and professional boundaries are essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate on scheduled two-person intake search teams.
• Assist with respectful, professional searches of client belongings during admissions.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, residential, and intake staff.
