Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Recovery Coach to join a multidisciplinary team. You will provide education, mentorship, and crisis intervention under supervision to clients with substance use disorders.

The role emphasizes consumer self-advocacy, reducing stigma, and supporting clients across recovery pathways, with a schedule from Sunday to Thursday noon to 8 PM. Salary ranges reflect full-time commitment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CARC certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Candidate in recovery from substance use disorder and willing to share recovery experiences.
• Enthusiastic about supporting clients in early recovery and open to multiple pathways of recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and support services to clients with substance use disorder.
• Mentor and outreach to clients and families; crisis intervention under clinical supervision.
• Promote client self-determination and participate in treatment planning with the team.
• Organize activities to engage clients and reduce stigma and discrimination.
