Community Health Systems in Naples, FL is seeking a Part‑Time Pharmacy Technician II – Certified to join our hospital pharmacy team. The role supports pharmacists in preparation, dispensing, compounding, inventory management, and patient service during the evening shift.

You will maintain accurate dispensing records, operate automated dispensing systems, and collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure safe medication use.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology.
• Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Familiar with automated dispensing systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate dispensing records.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding using aseptic techniques.
• Manage inventory and conduct regular audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintain records of dispensing, inventory transactions, and controlled substances.
• Support quality assurance and infection control processes.
