Qualifications

• Hold a valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA).
• Previous Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience required.
• Experience in administering various types of medications is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents safely and accurately.
• Provide medications via various routes as permitted.
• Observe residents' responses and document accordingly.
• Assist with basic resident care under nursing guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to promote resident-centered care.
