Qualifications

• Valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification in New Jersey.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA) certification.
• Previous CMT experience is required.
• Experience with various medication administration routes required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders.
• Observe and document residents' responses to medications.
• Assist with basic resident care under nursing staff direction.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
