Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time therapy assistant to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings. You will implement goals under BCBA supervision and report progress to your supervisor, while maintaining patient confidentiality and coordinating with the team.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, teaching communication and social skills, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months experience providing individual instructions.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail; reliable transportation and daily travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Work as a team contributor on assignments.
