Job summary

SW Learning Center in Washington state is seeking a dependable Childcare Center Closer to help guide each afternoon close of operations, ensuring smooth, organized transitions as children depart.

This part-time, Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm–6:00 pm role supports staff scheduling, enforces licensing ratios, and partners with a part-time Director to maintain compliance and a positive center culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in licensed childcare leadership or teaching
• Knowledge of Washington State licensing standards and staff/child ratios
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to direct staff and manage end-of-day operations

• Guide the center through a smooth, organized close each day
• Support staff scheduling and daily operations
