Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver for evening routes in Superior, WI. You will transport trailers to and from warehouse locations, adhere to DOT rules, and maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues.

The role requires a CDL-A with a doubles endorsement, 21+ years old, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift 60–90 pounds. Expect a 3rd-shift schedule Sunday through Thursday with a $7,500 hiring bonus and guaranteed earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to meet state licensing.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• 3rd shift schedule: Sunday–Thursday nights.
• Pre-employment drug test and road test required.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift 60–90 lb and handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Ensure route paperwork is available at dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers on schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures safely.
• Park and store tractor trailers properly.
• Secure all equipment and freight.
• Handle damaged goods and returns paperwork.
• Unload equipment and remove trash from trailers.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs.
• Perform general housekeeping in docks and trailers.
