Qualifications

• BSN required and CT nursing license current and in good standing.
• Experience leading nursing teams in an ICU/CCU setting preferred.
• Willingness to work night/evening shift assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager and Director in coordinating patient care activities for ~70 FTE staff.
• Oversee patient care delivery ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff and students in the unit.
• Participate in onboarding, scheduling, and resource management to ensure adequate coverage.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and performance metric achievement.
