You will be on the frontline of customer service, ensuring accurate transactions, keeping a neat register area, and communicating guest needs to leadership. Evening availability from 3:00pm to 9:00pm is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail sales and service.
• Retail experience handling cash, information, transactions, and merchandise at registers.
• Strong communication with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy in reading, counting, and recording transactions.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Guests: greet, eye contact, make guests feel welcome.
• Efficient Transactions: scan items, process sales, handle cash.
• Bagging with Care: bag items as needed for safe transport.
• Stay Informed: know promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: keep register area neat and stocked.
• Communication: relay guest requests to Guest Services leadership.
• Quality Standards: meet standards during peak times (10am & 5pm).
• Teamwork: perform other duties to support the team.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
