Festival Foods, a Wisconsin grocer with 40+ supermarkets, is hiring Cashiers to join our Guest Service team in Eau Claire. The role reports to the Guest Service Department Manager and centers on friendly guest interactions and accurate checkout.

As a Cashier, you’ll engage with guests, process transactions, bag items with care, and keep the checkout area organized. The position offers flexible part-time opportunities with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail sales and service.
• Retail Experience: Ability to process information and merchandise transactions and handle cash and media at registers.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and retail associate team members.
• Accuracy: Ability to read, count, and write accurately to ensure precise transactions.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Aufgaben

• Engage with Guests: Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan grocery items, process sales accurately, and handle monetary transactions with care.
• Bagging with Care: As needed, bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in the condition they left our store.
• Stay Informed: Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register station neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Quality Standards: Ensure all quality and quantity standards are met, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
