Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join a family-owned team delivering attentive, hands-on care to seniors in a serene setting.

The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and daily engagement, with PM shift 3 pm to 11:30 pm on a 4/2 rotation. Successful applicants will complete medical exams, background checks, and maintain current First-Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must pass a physical examination and TB test within 7 days after hire.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting as required by licensing authority.
• First-Aid certification must be current
• Experience in caring for elderly and managing multiple residents
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Know residents' location and disposition at all times
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Keep resident rooms tidy and beds made
• Provide comfort, safety, and enjoyable activities
• Report changes to supervisor by end of shift
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform shifts as scheduled
• Follow care plans and updates during each shift
• Attend to resident meals and recreational activities
• Document all required notes promptly
