Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is a Sacramento-based long-term care facility seeking a Caregiver for AM on-call shifts (6am-2pm). The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care in a respectful, dignified environment.

You will support daily living activities, grooming, safety, and documentation while following care plans. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and clear communication with residents, families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Some prior caring experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• First-Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Know resident location and disposition at all times.
• Keep residents clean, presentable and comfortable.
• Assist with dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Maintain tidy rooms and organize belongings.
• Respond to calls for assistance promptly.
• Follow care plans, document changes daily.
• Observe residents' rights and report changes.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with meals and recreational activities.
