Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Briarwood, MN is hiring a caregiver for evening shifts to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings.

You’ll perform personal care, help participants pursue activities, and build meaningful relationships. A HS diploma is not required; six months in human services preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle desirable.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
