Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita company, is seeking caregivers for evening shifts at $16 per hour. We offer full-time opportunities with rotating schedules and a mission-driven team focused on helping individuals live well.

You will assist with personal hygiene, support daily activities, and encourage participation in community activities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene for participants.
• Support individuals in daily activities and goal attainment.
• Help participants engage in community activities and interests.
• Maintain respectful, patient, and compassionate interactions.
• Document care and communicate needs to supervisors.
